They have two platforms - a medical conference-oriented on-demand and live streaming platform, as well as a SaaS platform which they license to Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies globally.

EvermedTV is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Belgrade, Serbia, to join their team. You will participate in the recruitment process by organizing interviews, coordinating the selection process, as well as generating and maintaining an active candidate pipeline to fill positions.
Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to identify and promote Evermed's image and reputation through proper channels.
There are three projects that the Evermed team works on:
1) Platform for on-demand and live streaming of medical conferences
2) SaaS medical education on-demand streaming portal
3) Artificial Intelligence content recommendation algorithmsYou will be involved in the candidate selection process, promoting Evermed's culture, values, and people through social media. You will also manage global job sites, LinkedIn, and reputation boards.
Participating in the candidate selection process – managing the relationship with third party recruitment partner, interviewing candidates, planning, and organizing interview schedules
Managing global job sites, LinkedIn, and reputation boards
Independent end-to-end management of talent attraction programs
Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
Assisting with onboarding processes for new employees
Participating in the organization of various company’s events
Promoting Evermed’s people, culture, and values through social media
Defining target audiences and creating ongoing and innovative engagement initiatives to evolve Evermed’s employer brand continuously
Shaping up and taking care of the brand strategy, position, and communication style of the company
Minimum of two years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a product development environment or a combination of product and agency environments
Experience in managing the selection process
Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable creating copy for a wide variety of purposes, including for PR, events, and external communications
Knowledge of implementing company branding strategies and managing company pages
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team to get results
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Easy to work with, team player
There are currently 25+ employees at the company. The engineering team is composed of experienced developers, three of whom have over 20 years of experience in the industry. You will be the first person to join their HR department
Salaries are paid by the 15th of the month
They are planning to define performance-based bonuses on top of the salary
