PlusPlus is an internal knowledge-sharing solution that delivers an all-in-one tech enablement platform that unlocks shared understanding at scale. They are building and operating an integrated learning platform designed to help innovative enterprises run internal knowledge sharing/acquisition programs, such as technical onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing education. The platform supports event management (classes, office hours, mentorship), blended learning, self-paced learning, reporting, automation, etc.
Initial Screening: 30-60min
Technical Interview: 1-4h, possibly project-based

PlusPlus is looking for a Tech Lead Software Engineer to join their team and work with them on building products for Fortune 500 innovative companies and their engineers.
Currently, they are expanding and looking for a person who will establish the second development team.
By joining Plus Plus, you will have an opportunity to drive projects, both small and large, as well as to innovate the technology stack. Apart from that, the person working in this position will be empowered to build and grow a development center in Serbia and influence and drive technology strategy.
The working methodology used in the team is Scrum/Agile.
Own team’s ability to deliver high-quality products at scale and velocity
Own our technical strategy: stack, toolchain, infrastructure, etc.
Own the long-term code and infrastructure health
Help the team understand requirements, unpack, and execute complex projects
Coach and challenge the team members to grow and develop technically
Jump in, where needed, to unblock your team or your stakeholders
Work closely with and support all company functions, from Product, Eng, and Design to Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales
5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
3+ years of technical leadership experience
2+ years of DevOps experience
1+ years of [informal] project management experience
Proven ability to ship and support enterprise-grade software products at scale – owning concerns such as security, high availability, responsiveness, integrations, and monitoring
A passion for solving problems
A strong ethos towards helping the team and customers win
Prior experience in SaaS environments
English language skills at a conversational level (both written and spoken)
Python and Django

Currently, they have a development team of 11 members located in Brazil, and they are now expanding and looking for a person who will establish the second development team
Work contract/B2B contract
Flexible working hours - Ideally the candidate would be open to 10-18h, with occasional 11-19h (Central European Time), since the working hours at the HQ are 7:30 am-5 pm Pacific Time. Their team in Brazil is 4-5 hours ahead of us (9 am-5 pm GMT-3). They are fairly flexible with their working hours, but it is important to have an hour or two hours overlap with the rest of the team.
