Evermed is a fast-growing medical education content streaming provider with offices in the USA and Serbia, with a mission of bringing world-class medical education to doctors globally. They have two platforms - a medical conference-oriented on-demand and a live streaming platform, as well as a SaaS platform which they license to Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies globally.

The role will require you to design, implement, and continuously improve the company's inbound thought leadership strategy, resulting in predictable lead generation as well as positioning the company and its CEO as a thought leader. Also, you will have a chance to work on the first industry-related podcast with the world's leading pharma executives.
There are three projects that the Evermed team works on:
1) Platform for on-demand and live streaming of medical conferences
2) SaaS medical education on-demand streaming portal
3) Artificial Intelligence content recommendation algorithms
Create an overall Inbound Marketing strategy focused primarily on two main channels:
LinkedIn as a core Inbound channel (profile of our CEO and the company page).
Podcast “Pharma Launch Secrets” hosted by our CEO, bringing in the world’s most influential pharma and media agency leaders.
Strengthen our Linkedin Thought Leadership program and leverage our CEO’s LinkedIn profile with 27,000+ connections (80% of his network involves the target audience for Evermed) through:
Content posting with the main goal of positioning him as an industry influencer.
Engaging with other industry influencers and building strong relationships with them.
Attracting inbound leads and ensuring a continuous stream.
Bring new ideas proactively and produce creative, engaging, and educational content that will cut through the noise in the industry. Create a bi-weekly editorial calendar with a content posting schedule; review with the team and implement.
Stay on top of the latest Inbound Strategies (focused mainly on LinkedIn growth) through joining online communities, following the best-performing companies and their profiles on LinkedIn (focused mainly on content posting Inbound Marketing), reading the latest publications, and following trends and continuously researching what works.
Use your creativity to come up with new ideas for various inbound marketing tactics.
Establish processes that will inform the Sales team and the CEO about the inbound opportunities generated through Inbound channels.
Define clear KPIs, implement the entire strategy and continuously track and improve our Inbound activities based on quantitative and qualitative data in an agile manner (on a weekly basis).
Set up and maintain a process of weekly and quarterly tracking of results per channel, achieved through content posting and continuous data-driven improvements with testing new angles, approaches, and creatives.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Inbound Marketing for B2B companies
Experience with using LinkedIn as a channel for Inbound marketing purposes
Content writing/Copywriting: minimum of 1 year of experience in writing powerful content for B2B companies.
English language fluency, especially writing skills (Copywriting and direct marketing experience is preferred)
Experience using modern marketing software (content repurposing, posting, editing, managing content calendars, analytics, and automation tools)
Data-driven with a highly analytical approach
Exceptional social intelligence and passion for teamwork
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Learning mindset, always ready to challenge the status quo, build new habits, test and improve
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
There are currently 25+ employees at the company. The engineering team is composed of experienced developers, three of whom have over 20 years of experience in the industry. There are three members of the marketing team you will be joining, one senior, one medior, and one junior.
